Privacy
These pages let Dufour share material with people outside the company. We keep only what we need to decide who may open it. Last updated 21 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Dufour Aerospace AG, Seewjinenstrasse 6, 3930 Visp, Switzerland. Questions and requests: David Guevara, dg@dufour.aero.
What we keep, and for how long
- Your email address, the site you may open, until when, and when you last visited: while you have access, and 12 months after it ends, as a record of who could read what.
- If you ask for access: your name, organisation, what you wrote and your IP address: 30 days after we answer.
- If an address asks for a code without having access: the address, how often, when, and the IP address: 30 days.
- A sign-in code: 10 minutes. Your sign-in: up to 30 days.
- The web server's log (IP address, pages requested, browser): 30 days. It does not record email addresses.
Why
To give you access, keep it to the people we chose, and answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in sharing material securely and, when you ask for access, handling your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in, on this site only. The service cannot work without it. We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and these pages load nothing from other sites.
Who else is involved
Google processes the data on our behalf: the server runs in Google Cloud's Zurich region, in Switzerland, and emails are sent through Google Workspace. We do not sell or pass on your data.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to David Guevara, dg@dufour.aero. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the EU the authority where you live.
